Lymphatic Drainage
Are you feeling sluggish? Bloated? Brain fog? Recovering from surgery? Swollen limbs? Sounds like you could benefit from Lymphatic Drainage.

Steph Perryman is educated in Lymphatic Drainage from Chikly Institute where she learned gentle, precise hands-on techniques that support your body's natural detoxifying process. By using light, rhythmic touch, lymphatic drainage helps reduce swelling, encourage detoxification, calm the nervous system, and improve overall circulation.

What is Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle manual therapy that supports the lymphatic system—a network of vessels and nodes that transports lymph, removes cellular waste, balances fluid levels, and plays a key role in immune function.
When the lymph flow is slow, proteins, water, and immune byproducts can accumulate in tissues, causing swelling (edema), inflammation, and reduced waste clearance. Lymphatic drainage uses slow, directional, skin-stretching movements that stimulate lymph vessels, increasing their uptake of fluid and enhancing lymph flow by up to 10–12 times during treatment. This improved movement of fluid helps decongest tissues, supports immune cell transport, encourages detoxification, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system—often bringing a deep sense of relaxation.
Who it's for?

What to expect
01
Light touch
It isn't about deep pressure, it's about working with your body's natural system to heal from the inside out. Steph will work on deeper structures such as liver, lungs, or intestines.
03
Decreased bloating/swelling
It reduces bloating and swelling by gently moving stagnant lymph fluid towards lymph nodes, where it can be filtered and cleared more efficiently. This decreases fluid retention and swelling.
02
Relaxation
It will activate the parasympathetic nervous system with the use of slow, rhythmic strokes. This signals to the body to shift into "rest and restore", lowering stress and promoting relaxation.
04
Increased circulation
It increases circulation by stimulating the movement of lymph fluid, which helps reduce tissue congestion and allows blood to flow more freely thoughout the body.

Steph is amazing! From working out those really tight muscles to more gentle feeling lymph massage, she has great wisdom in what she does. She’s happy to chat with you or let you zone out. I leave every appointment super relaxed and refreshed. Visits with Charlie (her clinic dog) are an added bonus. I highly recommend Steph. Book in advance as she is popular!! 🙂

I’ve seen Steph a handful of times now. I go specifically for lymphatic massage and I walk out feeling like a million bucks. I am so grateful that I found her at Flourish clinic. It’s made a world of difference in my health journey. I know when I go see Steph, I’m coming out a different person.
